We are a small team doing hands-on work.
Fresno Valley Tech is a Fresno-based shop that builds and operates automation workflows and AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses. We are not a software-and-handoff firm. We stay deployed: we build against real operations and remain accountable for what we ship in production.

We do not have open roles at the moment. We are a lean team by design, and we grow slowly and deliberately when we do bring someone on.

When we do hire
The kind of person who fits here.
You build things end-to-end. Automation work here runs from understanding the client's actual process through mapping it, building it in tools like n8n or custom code, and keeping it healthy after launch. You need to be comfortable owning the whole chain, not just a slice.
You are ops-minded. A workflow that works once is a demo. The real problem is making it work every Tuesday, on the weird input, without someone babysitting it. You think about failure modes before you ship.
You are honest with clients. We do not oversell automation. If a manual process is the right call, we say so. We expect the same from everyone on the team.
You are comfortable with small. There is no large team to absorb your mistakes or hand off the hard parts to. You own outcomes. That is the upside as much as the pressure.
